ProScan360 (“the App”) is owned and operated by Vlad Nykolyshyn (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled safely and responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

 

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

ProScan360 is designed to respect user privacy.
We do not collect, store, process, or share any personal information.

Specifically, the App does NOT collect:

  • Your name
     

  • Email address
     

  • Phone number
     

  • Device identifiers
     

  • Location data
     

  • IP address
     

  • Contact list
     

  • Photos or media
     

  • Usage analytics
     

  • Advertising IDs
     

  • Biometrics
     

  • Payment information
     

The App does not create user accounts and does not require registration of any kind.

 

2. Preset Data Stored on Device Only

ProScan360 allows you to create presets for training purposes (e.g., number ranges, color settings).

  • All preset data is stored locally on your device only.
     

  • We do not have access to your preset data.
     

  • You may export your presets manually by copying JSON text. This export stays fully under your control.
     

Deleting the App will delete all locally stored preset data.

 

3. No Internet Tracking or Monitoring

ProScan360 does not use:

  • Analytics tools
     

  • Advertising networks
     

  • Third-party tracking SDKs
     

  • Cookies or similar technologies
     

The App functions fully offline with no background data collection.

 

 

4. No Third-Party Sharing

Because we do not collect data, we do not share any user information with third parties.

We do not sell, trade, or rent any information to anyone.

 

5. Children’s Privacy

ProScan360 is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information.
We comply with:

  • COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
     

  • GDPR-K (EU regulations for children’s data)
     

Since no data is collected, no special parental consent is required.

 

6. Security

All data used by ProScan360 remains on your device.
We do not transmit or store any data on external servers.

You are responsible for protecting your device and any exported preset data.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features change.
If so, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will also change.

We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed.
